Omega Service Support in New Guinea

Clark Equipment have set up a permanent service capacity in New Guinea for our Omega customers. Clark Equipment New Guinea is now a registered company in New Guinea. Rob Shearman will head the operation.

Operations are going to be centered in the Port of Lae, the key hub of the region, and support customers in Port Moresby and throughout New Guinea.

Clark Equipment New Guinea will be established not only with a parts and service capacity, but will also have rental Omega Forklifts available to support the local port during peak operational periods.

Rob Shearman comments “Clark Equipment are committed to the region and supporting our Omega customers wherever they are, from the ports, to the islands, to the remote mines.”

“Our staff have done a great job looking after our customers remotely, but now it is time to have a permanent local capacity. Clark Equipment have made a big investment in not only staff but also the necessary parts, specialist tools, motor vehicles and now rental equipment to look after our New Guinea clients.”
