As of 24th October, Clark Equipment has agreed to purchase certain assets from Formach Pty Ltd and commenced branch operations. Formach , operated by Kevin McCarthy, has been a long-standing Clark Equipment dealer that has been servicing the ACT and surrounding areas for many years. Clark Equipment will continue the long-standing tradition of excellence in customer service, aftermarket support, and access to an increased range of equipment for the construction, agricultural and materials handling industries.
The branch will report to David Standingford, NSW General Manager, while Kevin McCarthy will still be involved with sales and market opportunities.
