Job details:

We currently have a Field Service technician position available at our Smithfield location. We are seeking someone that has the right attitude, drive self-motivated and determination to succeed in a high paced and competitive environment. We attend to a vibrant customer base, from small-business owner-operators, to large civil contractors and government bodies. 

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate that they are able to work independently, have a strong customer focus, be punctual, prepared to work an on-call roster, prepared to work in a field and workshop environment.

What we are looking for:

- Trade certificate with at least 2 years’ experience working in a similar role

- Full car licence

- Excellent time management skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience in hydraulics and electrical circuits

- A good understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office

Following skills are advantageous:

- Product knowledge of heavy equipment

- Automotive Air Conditioning licence

- MR, Forklift, EWP, plant and LPG licences, would be advantageous

- Auto Electrical experience and diagnostic skills
